Commercial Janitorial Evening Supervisor

ServiceMaster Clean in Monroe is currently hiring for a part-time Commercial Janitorial - Evening Supervisor. This position would work directly and closely with the Area Manager to help take care of the buildings by cleaning, maintaining staff as scheduled, and performing security duties. The goal is to keep all accounts clean with organized schedules.

Job Responsibilities:

• Inspect the work of their team leaders and other onsite team members, so as to achieve expected performance goals and to maintain effective customer relations.
• Supervise all onsite routine janitorial cleaning staff in facilities assigned to their Area Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Be well organized and be able to travel locally to inspect account locations or otherwise fulfill the requirements of the position.
• Be adept at communications and be able to relate to team members on an interpersonal basis.
• Have the knowledge of and experience in matters relating to quality control, public relations with clients, and training new hires to ServiceMaster standards.
