Commission Structure
Earn up to 225 basis points on forward mortgages
Earn up to 325 basis points on reverse mortgages
Please note that there is a monthly $59 maintenance fee.
Duties
Evaluate loan applications and determine eligibility, ensuring the best options for our clients.
Meet with clients to discuss loan options, answering their queries with expert guidance.
Collect and verify financial information from clients, ensuring a smooth application process.
Analyze financial information to determine creditworthiness and tailor the loan solutions accordingly.
Negotiate loan terms with clients, offering them the most suitable options.
Prepare accurate loan documents to facilitate seamless transactions.
Coordinate with escrow companies to ensure timely closing of loans, providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
Active NMLS License in one of the following states: CA, CO, FL, OR, TX.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping others.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: $76,359.78 - $540,000.00 per year
