Montessori Preschool Director Jobs

Maylan group, a pioneer in bilingual language immersion Montessori and STEM education, has a new opening.

The Assistant Director /Education Director must be a Montessori educator with at least 4 years of classroom teaching experience with an additional 3 years as a school administrator. The Assistant Director must have excellent communication skills and a passion for authentic Montessori education. A Master’s degree is preferred, as is a Montessori credential from a MACTE accredited training program.

Responsibilities include the following:

• Working with the Corporate group to develop a long-term Strategic Plan
• Ensuring adherence to Montessori accreditation standards
• All aspects of daily operations
• Sound fiduciary management of the organization
• Ensuring successful adherence to Stars for Quality Rated criteria and the Georgia Regulated Child Care statutes
• Planning and implementation of both short and long-term goals of the organization
• Faculty support, development and evaluation

Pay: $47,888.00 - $60,420.00 per year
