Your primary responsibilities will include designing and executing experiments, analyzing data, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support our organization's ambitious goals.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and execute experiments: Plan, design, and perform experiments to investigate molecular mechanisms and processes in cells. This may involve techniques such as DNA and RNA extraction, PCR, gene cloning, protein purification, and gene expression analysis.
2. Data analysis and interpretation: Analyze experimental data using appropriate statistical methods and bioinformatics tools. Interpret results and draw meaningful conclusions to contribute to scientific knowledge.
3. Collaboration and teamwork: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including biochemists, geneticists, and cell biologists to address complex research questions and contribute to collaborative research projects.
4. Scientific communication: Present research findings at relevant conferences, seminars, and meetings. Contribute to scientific publications by writing research articles, manuscripts, and grant proposals.
5. Laboratory management and safety: Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations. Train and supervise junior researchers or laboratory assistants as needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge and expertise in molecular biology techniques, including DNA and RNA analysis, gene expression analysis, and protein analysis.
• Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software tools relevant to molecular biology research.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet project deadlines.
• A Ph.D. or Master's degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, related field - preferred.
• 3+ years of industry work experience.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced research environment.
• Experience in data analysis and bioinformatics - highly desirable.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for scientific reporting and collaboration.
