Job Description
Compensation: $18-$20/hr. (Depending on experience)

MOBILE HELP DESK SUPPORT:


Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Mobile Help Desk Support team member to join their team!


The Mobile Help Desk Support team member will be responsible for phone communication and support to customers on cell phones, mobile broadband devices, tablets, wearables, mobile operating systems (Android & IOS), hardware and network connectivity, device configuration, and remote troubleshooting.


Responsibilities:


  • Apply strong complex problem-solving skills and the ability to translate technical issues into non-technical terms
  • Respond to and resolve user requests for assistance via phone, via email, and via text messaging.
  • Assist in maintaining, creating, delivering IT knowledgebase information and end user documentation
  • Provide first line analysis and response to incidents and service requests submitted by internal business users.
  • Utilize excellent communication skills with the ability to work with multiple levels of management and technical resources and ensure trouble resolution and meet customer experience expectations
  • Perform troubleshooting and work with user as needed to properly document, prioritize, and resolve incoming requests requiring level 1st and 2nd level support.
  • Utilize and maintain the help desk tracking software.


Required Qualifications & Experience:


  • Capability to interface at a technical level with assurance and confidence
  • Previous experience in customer support, call center, or other related areas
  • Experience in business desktop / laptop support / mobile device support
