Mobile App Developer Jobs

THE OPPORTUNITY Dillard’s is looking for an experienced developer with a focus on mobile applications to join our team. This individual will be highly motivated, technical, and enjoys collaborating in a team environment. As our ideal candidate, you will be comfortable writing code and maintaining the apps for iOS or Android devices, solving complex user experience problems for the mobile and other web applications we support, while working in a fast paced environment. The candidate will be able to easily step into an agile environment that includes working closely with BAs, QAs, and other developers supporting the projects. THE TEAM This position supports users in several different areas of Dillard’s. This role will give the opportunity to support a mobile application for our associates, a mobile application for our customers, and a few different web applications. A few examples of our web applications we support are one for the Dillard’s marketing team, the process that publishes our products to our website, and our Store Planning and Construction group.
At least 3 years of mobile/desktop app development experience using Ionic Experience with Ionic, Angular, JavaScript/Typescript, HTML5, CSS, Capacitor, Xcode, and Firebase Experience programming in Java, Kotlin, C#, and SQL Ability to grasp new ideas quickly and be able to thrive in a dynamic and diverse environment. Must be a highly motivated, effective communicator who is able to work well within a team as well as independently.
Understanding of relational databases/SQL 2 or more years experience in retail, supply chain, or information technology
