Missionary Animation Artist Jobs

The TWR MOTION Animator assists the team in creating content in the form of quality, custom, gospel-centered videos.

Please note: This position is a supported/sponsored missionary role (not a direct hire opportunity), so you would develop a team of partners who provide financially for your full salary and benefits as a part of this role. We do provide training, resources, and coaching to help missionaries reach these financial support goals!

Responsibilities:

• Use software and other techniques to produce animations and prepare final illustrations for animation
• Assist with other video-related tasks, including production
• Coordinate with the MOTION team, creating visual ideas and concepts
• Work with a project manager to determine budget and time limitations
• Collaborate with the client and production team members to understand needs, review scripts, and produce products on time and within budget
• Research industry trends and developments and learn new applications
• Communicate with illustrators to provide necessary information for file set up and organization

Desirable Qualifications:

• Strong conceptual and artistic skills
• Strong knowledge of image editing, design and animation software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effects
• Understanding of digital illustration, animation, storytelling, and character development techniques
• Updated portfolio
• Bachelor’s degree or certificate in fine arts, computer animation, graphic design or related field, or equivalent professional experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,393.41 - $42,589.00 per year
