Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Mid-Level Quality Staff Analyst (Level 3) to support the Delivery Center, Field, Paint, and Customer Support Team based out of North Charleston, South Carolina.


Successful candidates will manage projects of varying complexities, customer support activities, PFP&D & Customer Support staffing oversight. They will build executive level briefings and customer presentations as requested. They will oversee PFP&D & Customer Support Leadership staff meetings, and engage with executive level and customer personnel as required.


Position Responsibilities:


  • Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings
  • Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events
  • Delivers informational or technical materials. Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options
  • Develops plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives
  • Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan
  • Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget
  • Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements
  • Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants
  • Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources
  • Develops and deploys localized training content


This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):


  • 3+ years of experience facilitating meetings and presenting to senior leaders
  • 5+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data
  • 3+ years of experience developing executive level presentations
  • 5+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):


  • 5+ years of experience analyzing and interpreting data sets


Typical Education/Experience:


Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).


Relocation:

Summary pay range: $73,950 - $80,000
