Summary/Objective
:
The Operations Coordinator is responsible for establishing and maintaining effective communication with other departments ensuring quality, accuracy, and on-time reliability.
Essential Functions:
  • Evaluating productivity reports to ensure accuracy of data capture reporting and identify areas of improvement.
  • Working with staffing agencies to set up and conduct interviews.
  • Expedite critical jobs through the production process as needed.
  • Interacting with Project Managers to facilitate the scheduling of their work.
  • Completing weekly payroll reconciliation for temporary employees.
  • Creating schedules for multiple departments across three shifts.
  • Completing any other assigned tasks in a timely manner.
  • Leading and participating in continuous improvement and process measures to increase productivity.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
  • Excellent attendance record and punctuality
  • Preferred High School/GED or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
  • Respects the confidentiality of company information.
  • Knowledge of USPS regulations preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Working with co-workers and employees to accomplish company production goals.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Work Environment: Production facility
Physical Demands:
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to be able to stand on feet for at least 8 hours/day
Personal Protection Equipment (PPE): Certain PPE may be required while performing specific job functions
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time non-exempt position, requiring an average of 40-50 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Weekend work will be necessary as the production workload demands. Additional hours may be required, and schedules may be changed to meet business requirements and complete projects.
Travel: N/A
Additional Eligibility Qualifications: None
Security Clearance: Amsive is a Federal Contractor, and this position may require government security clearance for certain projects.
