Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Staff Analyst (Associate or Mid-Level) to support the Final Assembly Fulfillment Team based out of North Charleston, South Carolina on 1st shift.


Position Responsibilities:


  • Collects and assembles data from multiple sources
  • Gathers customer requirements for projects
  • Conducts research and assists with the evaluation of organizational issues
  • Summarizes and reviews documentation and develops informational or technical materials
  • Works with the team to plan and execute employee-related activities and initiatives
  • Plans and coordinates group-level requirements
  • Develops and maintains the project schedule, monitors and tracks execution of the plan
  • Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options
  • Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of meetings/events
  • Plans and coordinates organizational requirements
  • Delivers informational materials
  • Maintains and tracks training requirements
  • Supports leadership in the strategic intent and directional focus of large facilitated meetings and events
  • Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources
  • Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan
  • Develops and deploys localized training content


This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in North Charleston, SC.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):


  • 1+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data
  • 1+ years of experience facilitating meetings and presenting to senior leaders
  • 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


Preferred Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):


  • 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years' experience analyzing and interpreting data sets
  • 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience


Typical Education / Experience:


Associate (level 2)


Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience , 7 years' related work experience, etc.).


Mid-level (level 3)


Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).


Relocation:

Summary pay range for associate level: $62,050 - $67,160


Summary pay range for mid-level: $73,950 - $80,040
