About the Role:
You will be reporting to the Enterprise Manager for Business Solutions Enablement Team. Your primary responsibilities will be to assist in the enhancement and support of the Lottery’s D365 Finance and Operations platform and dependent systems. You will support efforts to develop smaller enhancements (or releases) to the D365 Finance and Operations environment, and help manage larger vendor deployed enhancements to support Lottery goals. You will work directly with departments and the Enterprise Team, to determine requirements, develop enhanced functionality, as well help provide operational support.
You Will:
- Coordinate efforts needed from supporting IT Teams to ensure understanding on tasks/needs
- Apply Lottery Management Core Values and Expectations in performing daily activities. Ensure conduct embodies the principles of fairness, integrity, security, and honesty. Support and integrate into your work the Lottery's commitment to: Responsible Gambling, DEI, Culture of Safety
- Develop, documents, and implement solution designs while meeting expected security & architectural standards.
- Improve processes to accelerate delivery timelines.
- Help the Enablement Team provide solutions that are within budget, and at the required level of quality.
- Work with vendors, and our Lottery Teams to build customizations and enhancements in the D365 platform.
- Development based on D365 F&O standards while achieving the goals of the requirements.
You Have:
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and five (5) years of experience working with D365 Finance and Operations, development, testing, and support; OR equivalent experience with AX2012 Release 2.
- Eight (8) years of experience working with D365 Finance and Operations, development, testing, and support; OR equivalent experience with AX2012 Release 2.
