Microbiology Lab Technician Jobs

Description

• Candidate will be responsible for performing routine analysis on various samples.
• Candidate will be Plating- yeast, mold, total plate count (lower dilutions)
• Candidates will be testing for pathogens (like E.coli, Salmonella, Listeria)
• Associate Microbiologist- USP lab

Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to multi task (verify by references)
• Bachelors degree in the Life Sciences (Microbiology, Biology, Biochemistry or etc)
• 1+ years experience in a production/manufacturing or food service position
• High attention to detail (verify through references)- precise weights need to be taken
• Someone that has a routine/repetitive experience (warehouse/assembly even basic lab) would be great!
• PCR and ELISA testing experience is a plus!
• Ability to use a variety of styles of pipettes and micropipettes, specifically multi-channel electronic pipette
