Metal Fabricator / Welder
Located 30 minutes north of Seattle, Dillon Works specializes in the design and fabrication of the
more adventurous custom-themed dimensional and architectural elements. Our projects include
themed elements within shopping malls, retail venues, amusement parks, casinos, exhibits, displays,

We are currently seeking an experienced Metal Fabricator to work in our Metal Fabrication S hop. We
offer a competitive benefits package and a wage in the range of $26 to $30 per hour, DOE, for this
position.
Basic Function
This is not an entry level position. You must be an experienced welder/fabricator, adept at reading
blueprints & have significant experience with mild steel, aluminum & stainless-steel fabrication. You
will be working collaboratively with our talented design team and other fabricators, and under the
supervision of the Metal Shop Supervisor.
Qualifications: Must be an experienced welder, ideally WABO or AWS certified.

• Adept at reading blueprints, following direction, and making changes on the fly.
• Must be a team player who gets along well with coworkers.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Must adhere to safe shop practices and use all provided PPE
• Able-bodied and able to lift 40 lbs.
• Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience with mild steel, aluminum & stainless steel fabrication.
• Able to work overtime when required.
