Title: Merchandising Operations Specialist

Overview

Chewy is looking to hire a passionate, detail-oriented, and customer-obsessed Associate Program Manager, for our Chewy Private Brands Program Management team, based out of Bellevue, WA, Minneapolis, MN, Boston, MA, or Plantation, FL. This role will support a quickly growing product reviews seeding program that supports product discoverability, consideration, and conversion. If you are an analytical and driven leader with a passion for building new initiatives, this could be the right role for you!


The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, be able to work with diverse internal and external stakeholders across multiple levels and functions. S/he is expected to perform in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that requires data-driven decision making to support real-time action. The successful candidate will balance the needs of Program Management, Marketing, Finance, Category Management, and external vendors to successfully execute this new and unique program. This role requires excellent communication, data analysis, and program management skills.


Responsibilities

  • Assist with program performance reporting, including data analysis, report building, and insight generation to share on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Identify technical or operational issues and work directly with partner teams or program vendor to resolve.
  • Serve as a point of contact for program stakeholders and the reviews and ratings platform vendor campaign management team.
  • Communicate status risks, changes to roadmap, and program milestones to stakeholders.
  • Support the program’s continuous operations improvement initiatives and overarching reviews seeding program roadmap.
  • Manage reviews seeding requests, including gathering additional information or requirements where needed and prioritizing new requests.
  • Conduct training and information sessions to share the program procedures and updates.
  • Process individual customer orders for specific products accurately and quickly, as needed.
  • Manage product order processing and fulfillment activities.
  • Generate and maintain program operational documentation, policies, and data tracking.
  • Partner with leaders to author and present the program MBR and annual planning documents.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Desire to learn, grow, and be part of an exciting program in a unique team.
  • Intermediate Excel proficiency.
  • 2+ years of experience in program or project management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field.
  • Ability to dive into the program details in context of broader direction.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
