Manage the log process of UPC collection by vendor

Inspiring leadership, with the ability to articulate the vision and motivate others.

Excellent financial acumen and analytical knowhow as you evaluate categories and vendor partner opportunities.

2+ years of experience in program or project management.

Manage reviews seeding requests, including gathering additional information or requirements where needed and prioritizing new requests.

Serve as a point of contact for program stakeholders and the reviews and ratings platform vendor campaign management team.

Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field.

Manage product order processing and fulfillment activities.

Manage all artist, record label, agencies, and management company ticket requests.

Assist with the coordination of the Stadium concert artist production requirements with the stadium sound, lighting, and pyrotechnic contractors.

Create and manage daily show schedule backstage for artist teams (Run of Show).

Coordinate contract and artist rider process with agents & mangers.

Assist the Director in the roll out and setup of the concert stage and supporting concert sound and lighting equipment.
