Mental Health DSP - $21.13/hr
Wingspan Life Resources has current openings for qualified candidates to join our outstanding team of Mental Health Direct Support Professionals (MHDSP) at our location in Bloomington. The MHDSP provides support and supervision to clients with disabilities and/or mental illness that need a higher level of supports in a specialized home setting. This program has two individuals with challenges that require more supports and supervision.
Sign-on Bonus!
We currently offer a fantastic $1500 sign-on bonus for all of our DSP positions: $500 after the first 4 months of service, $500 again after 8 months, and an additional $500 after 1 year. Take some time to get to know our clients and organization; we think you'll love the experience!
Generous Benefits Package:
Employees scheduled to work 20 hours or more are offered: PTO Accrual, Company Paid Life, Short-term, Long-term disability insurance, and the first of the month following 30 days, enrollment in our 401(k) plan fully vested and matched at 4%.
