About The Opportunity


  • Your role is to give direct care services to clients, perform housekeeping duties, leisure activities to clients, etc.
  • We are currently looking for a Mental Health Associate to one of the best psychiatric facilities in Massachusetts, located in Boston, MA
  • They provide comprehensive, quality, and integrated care to support an individual's recovery process through ongoing psychiatric treatment and care


Mental Health Associate Responsibilities


  • Accompany patients to various appointments or programs or treatment
  • Assisting with regular responsibilities like housekeeping or daily activities like eating, hygiene, and dressings
  • Documenting patient's vitals, height, and weight measurements
  • Administering medications and other treatments under the instruction of doctors or nurses


Mental Health Associate Qualifications


  • 1+ years of related experience
  • Mental Health or psychiatric experience is required
  • Compassionate and patient
