Our rapidly-expanding agency is looking for full-time Health Insurance Agents to join our team for MEDICARE OPEN ENROLLMENT. There are non-stop sales all day every day to be made via incoming calls for OEP for Medicare which will start on Jan. 1st, 2023 thru March 31st, 2023.

We offer two weeks of paid training, then a commission which will be paid after you complete training (We pay generously known for paying the highest in the industry) in addition to Full Benefits- Health, Dental, Life, Vision, AD&D, etc.

$65,000 - $150,000 yearly

• Update bookkeeping systems, customer records, and sales databases to report your monthly and/or quarterly progress to goals to stakeholders
• Work with policyholders to develop and deliver risk management strategies that fit their individual profiles
• Remain updated on insurance industry changes and protocols to fulfill all policy requirements and monitor insurance claims from start to finish
• Set meetings with new and potential clients to listen to their needs, taking into account their financial statuses and stage-of-life priorities, and present insurance plan options tailored to their individual circumstances
• Maintain and grow existing portfolios by developing and implementing effective and attentive sales strategies that cultivate long-term customer loyalty

• Ensure all contracting paperwork is kept current, processed correctly, and efficiently as you will be taught during training.
• Determine new customers’ insurance needs, desires, insurance risk, prior coverage, and financial standing to ensure the best client experience possible.
• Address new prospective customer requests in a prompt and friendly manner.
• Grow new business by answering incoming calls from potential clients that are looking to sign up for Open Enrollment.

• Experience with accounting and or sales lead software is a plus
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, customer service skills, and analytical skills are required
• Insurance license required
• Basic computer skills with proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is necessary

• Preferred Prior Health Insurance Sales Experience - Life Insurance Sales Experience a Bonus.
• Earn RESIDUALS after 1 year!!!
• Both Hourly & Commission Only Pay Options Available
• Call Center and/or Remote Sales Experience Preferred.
• Past Insurance Sales Experience is appreciated.
• ACA/FFM Certified or Willing to get Certified (Health Marketplace)
• Release from Prior carriers REQUIRED to Start
