Medicare Advisor - Entry Level

Candidates will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support throughout the training period. Upon successful completion of the program and obtaining an insurance license, candidates will transition into licensed Medicare Advisors, enjoying full benefits, a substantial pay increase, and additional perks.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Become an expert in Medicare insurance plans and benefits
• Build member relationships, understand unique needs, and offer tailored insurance solutions
• Address inbound calls, answering questions and concerns about health insurance
• Assist older Americans with selecting and enrolling in Medicare plans with empathy and ethics

Qualifications and Skills

• Comfortable building relationships and helping people over the phone, even if they are strangers
• Enjoy the learning process and are willing to study, take exams, and complete online training courses
• Have a separate, closed-door home office with reliable internet for uninterrupted work, including video meetings; also possess technological proficiency and attention to detail
• Able to handle difficult situations and assist upset individuals with their health insurance concerns
