Medical Social Worker
Full Time or Part Time - Temporary
Title: Medical Social Worker
Status: Temporary
Shift: Monday through Friday, Shift Varies, On-Call 1 Weekend/month
Location: Greensburg

What will I do as an employee with Redstone?
As a Medical Social Worker, supporting the Redstone mission will include the following responsibilities:
  • Develops a comprehensive care plan that addresses the social work needs.
  • Works with patients and families regarding coping with illness, accessing resources, or other issues affecting the patient's health status Links client/family with needed services.
  • Planning, coordination and delivery of quality medical social work services, assuring compliance with corporate standards and federal, state and local regulations.
  • Provides ongoing assessment of clients, assuring an accurate evaluation of client needs.
What do I need for this role with Redstone?
  • Must possess valid PA driver's license.
  • License in Social Work
  • Master's degree (MSW) from a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education, will consider Bachelor's in social work.
