We are looking for a Medical Scribe who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, paperless environment assisting clinicians with accurate and efficient documentation of medical visits and procedures in real-time. Experience in the medical or healthcare field is preferred.

Locations: Paso Robles
Hours of Operation: Mon-Sun: 8:00 AM-6:00 PM
Schedule: Full-time, 30+ hours per week with alternating weekends

What You'll Do

  • Recommended but not required: Practice and drilling at home to progress in training
  • Document patient medical history and physical exam
  • Notate patient education and discharge instructions
  • Document procedures and treatments performed by our clinicians along with any clinician-dictated diagnoses
  • Generally assist the clinician with non-clinical tasks
  • Alter clinicians when tests have resulted

About You

  • Ability to stand and be on your feet for 10+ hours/day
  • English language proficiency
  • Familiarity with medical terminology (training will be provided)
  • High School diploma
  • Computer skills, specifically iOS familiarity
Compensation offers are determined by a balance of factors such as level of education, experience, work history, and geographic location.
