• Medical Records Clerk** + Job Family: Administrative Support + Type: Full time + Date Posted:Apr 20, 2023 + Req #: JR66981 **Location:** + FL, PEMBROKE PINES **Description** _$500 Sign On Bonus!!!_ The **Medical Records Clerk** is responsible for maintaining patient files, responds to requests for medical records and performs clerical activities in support of the medical records department. **How you will make an impact:** + Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Protect the security and integrity of medical records to ensure that patient confidentiality is maintained in compliance with company policies and federal, state and local regulations. + Maintains patient files and retrieves files for scheduled appointments; Responds to requests for medical records; processes letters and report. **Minimum Requirements:** + Requires a HS Diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 year related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
