Candidates will be working in a healthcare or medical office setting and will be required to check-in patients, schedule appointments, collect co-pays OR copays, and check-out patients

Candidates will input patient demographics into an EMR or Electronic Medical Records software

Customer Service - candidates will check-in roughly 20-25 patients a day

Candidates may be asked to handle a high volume of phone calls a day

A high volume of phone calls could consist of answering or handling 50 phone calls a day

Computer Skills - candidates are required to use an EMR or Electronic Medical Record system
