Medical Intake Representative (Inside Sales Representative)
Trajector helps the underserved and at-risk disabled population in their quest to receive all the disability benefits they medically, legally, and ethically qualify for from both government and private entities. We develop medical evidence that helps our clients navigate the complex disability benefits journey to improve their life trajectory.


Medical Intake Representatives are also known as Inside Sales Representatives. Our MIR team members will follow a sales process based on warm leads prompted by Veterans who seek assistance earning their disability benefits. Our MIR team members deliver professional and discrete intake experiences to identify and educate Veterans and individuals with disabilities on our medical consulting resources. This position is remote and based out of our Gainesville, Florida Corporate Office. Our top sales professionals can earn $50K and more with uncapped incentives.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities for Inside Sales Representatives:

  • Ability to effectively communicate Initial Review Claim path to veterans to gain interest in our services
  • Managing assigned leads efficiently as directed by leadership
  • Ability to gain commitment from veteran by getting their signature on our Medical Consulting Services Agreement which contains terms, fees and details of payment to be rendered by client
  • Meeting minimum daily performance and activity metrics
  • Selling and presenting a private medical consulting service to U.S. Military Veterans who need assistance with pursing the VA disability benefits for which they qualify
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Strong ability to articulate thoughts in a precise and professional manner so veteran clients are clear on our process to assist
  • Entering and updating veteran client information into CRM system
  • Effectively establish rapport, demonstrate compassion, present our company value and create motivation with veteran client to gather necessary documents to help build an initial review strategy designed to help the veteran client gain all eligible disability compensation
  • Resolving veteran objections, concerns and issues to help them see value in using VCP’s services

Required Skills & Competencies for Inside Sales Representatives:

  • Computer proficiency with MS Office, Google based documents, CRM, and proprietary software applications
  • High school Diploma or Equivalent A.S. In Business preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Effectively overcome objections and concerns to keep qualified veterans interested in getting our assistance
  • Manage veteran contacts through CRM to ensure proper notation of actions
  • Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Active listening skills on each call with the ability to retain information while multitasking through software applications including concise and accurate notation in CRM to complete calls in timely and efficient manner
  • One year of metrics based telephone sales or account management experience
  • Minimum internet speed of 10 Download/5 Upload
  • Achieve established daily, weekly and monthly goals
