The Medical Group Operations Manager is responsible for all aspects of daily operations within designated departments and services. Responsible for managing staff, patient experience and physician relationships. Identifies and implements best practices and advancements in care delivery to meet strategic and department goals. Ensures services are in compliance with professional standards, state and federal regulatory requirements and maintain applicable accreditations with key organizations. Serves as a key communicator and liaison for all staff and physicians for areas of responsibility. Evaluates performance and plays a key role in the program development and marketing of new programs. Actively supports the system and department quality improvement and patient experience goals, through modeling of appropriate behavior and by providing a work environment conducive to attaining these goals.

Oversight over Multiple sites/locations and specialties throughout the Elmhurst and Edward Campuses.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Minimum three years of medical group operations-related leadership experience or minimum of five years of directly related progressively responsible experience with the medical group office setting.
• High level of communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of analytical ability
• Ability to function in an environment of change management and process improvement
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health Management, or a related field preferred. Clinical experience is preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train professional and non-professional staff
