Medical Biller Jobs

Remote Work - Full Time Position. Position is responsible for timely submission of claims. Communicates with adjusters, insurance carriers and case managers to guarantee all claims are reimbursed in a timely manner and follows up on denials, appeals and resubmission of claims. Works closely with patients to resolve claim issues.

Qualifications: Requires three or more years’ experience in medical insurance and billing in a clinic environment. Knowledge of Worker Comp processes and guidelines with strong understanding of ICD-10, HCPCS and CPT coding. Experience with insurance software programs such as GE Centricity along with basic computer programs. Excellent problem solving skills, attention to detail and organization skills required. Requires attention to detail, ability to exercise good judgment and discretion as well as time management skills. Effective verbal and phone communication skills. Coding certification preferred but not required. Job

Training will be completed on site at our Garner office.
