Medical Doctor Sme / Writer - Temporary

We're seeking medical professionals (Medical Doctors), who have been published authors of articles, books, etc., and are passionate about engaging in the growing field of AI. This is an opportunity to join a growing community of experts in writing who are using their expertise to help improve the performance of cutting-edge generative AI models for some of the world’s largest Tech companies. This is a temporary position slated to last 4-6 months with a possibility of extension.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create the explanation of step-by-step instructions for working through a problem
• Provide correction and improvement of AI generated responses to ensure clarity and accuracy
• Work on a range of projects to train generative AI models
• Conduct an assessment of factual correctness of AI-generated responses
• Perform the evaluation and ranking of responses based on accuracy, relevance and quality

REQUIREMENTS

• Comfort with ambiguity and changing priorities and is proactive about getting answers to questions
• Ability to think outside the box and be creative
• Complete fluency in the English language
• >2 years of clinical experience
• Completed / currently pursuing a degree in Medicine (any specialty)
• Possesses consultative skills to partner with Engineers to innovate and optimize new technology and workflows
• Self-started with excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Writes quickly with excellent quality
• Excels in a fast-paced environment
• Works well in a team
• >2 years of professional writing expertise and experience

Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $100-$175 per hour.
