Job Description

1. Reviews….Daily customer orders as it pertains to material delivery from the Warehouse. i.e Kitting, batching, Kanban etc. 5%

2. Maintains…. adequate inventory levels (line-side) in an effort to support the assembly process. 50%

3. Identifies…. Overstocking, material shortages, discrepant material, scrap, quality concerns etc. 10%

4. Contacts…. Appropriate members of Management in an effort to consciously identify potential problems/ concerns as it pertains to their specific job requirements. 5%

5. Enters….Data into Material Database via computer, scanner or other electronic devices as required. 5%

6. Operates….Machinery pertanent to completing the tasks at hand. i.e.Forklift, Tugger, Pallet Jack. 15%

7. Suggests.…Continual Improvement opportunities while performing various tasks within the plant. 5%

8. Performs .…Audits, Visual inspections, Verfications, Cycle counts as required by management. 5%
