This company is looking for a talented Marketing Systems Specialist who will play a critical role in managing the company’s customer database and analyzing data to identify trends and insights. This position is also responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve customer engagement, loyalty, and retention. In addition, you will be required to oversee all aspects of email marketing campaigns, including market research, content creation, and the distribution of copy. The ideal candidate will have experience with CRM systems, database management, social media marketing, and a team player who can effectively communicate objectives with others while encouraging collaboration and sharing of ideas.
This position is located in Rockwall, TX with some work from hoe flexibility, though five days in office is preferred. This position does not offer sponsorship or opportunity to work Corp to Corp at this time. Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience creating high-impact, unique marketing campaigns.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing customer strategies
• Email Marketing
• Excellent project management skills specific to marketing.
• Familiarity with pertinent automation and performance evaluation software.
• Outstanding copywriting and copyediting abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, advertising, communications, or related field
