Who We Are


Blue Lake Capital is a Boston based rising real estate investment firm, specialized in multifamily assets, but behaves like a startup. We are rapidly growing, focused, and love to work with passion and energy! Our goal is to become a $1B company and we are looking for someone that can help us get there. We are looking for a full-time Marketing & Investor Relations Associate with experience and a proven track record in supporting business operations.


The ideal candidate will be poised to grow along with the company, local, and willing to work in office on a hybrid schedule. This is an entry level role and only local candidates will be considered.

The Position


Here's what you will do if you work at Blue Lake:


  • Oversee social media management
  • Daily engagement and monitoring of key social media platforms
  • Liaison between Blue Lake Capital and Agency based marketing projects
  • Support in documentation, marketing analytics, and growth strategies
  • Supporting various marketing initiatives to include blogging, newsletters, events, offerings, and other projects as needed


Who Will Qualify


The ideal candidates are those who have:


  • Technically savvy: MS Office, G Suite, Zoom, etc.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Strong and versatile communication skills (email, text, phone calls, etc.). The ideal candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communications, organization, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sense of personal motivation, responsibility, and problem-solving skills
  • Only local candidates will be considered; relocation is NOT offered for this role
  • Strong work ethic and attention to details and business objectives
  • 4-Year degree (from an accredited institution preferred)
  • Ability to take ownership and commitment to follow through
  • Proficiency in scheduling and organization
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a flexible attitude as a team player
  • 2+ years’ experience in marketing
