Job Profile and Objectives



The Brand Marketing Manager will work to bring each brand identity to life within our brand portfolio, including B2C and B2B. They understand our customer inside and out and work closely with the Brand Director and cross-functional teams to consistently deliver on our Mission of Making Eye Care Easy from concept to planning and execution. They work with internal and external partners to explore relevant opportunities to tell our story and increase brand awareness and consideration. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-energy environment, is able to inspire great creative, and is always thinking customer-first, executing scalable strategies that meet business objectives and drive brand advocacy.

  • Writes meaningful and clear marketing briefs leveraging deep customer insight that leads creative direction to deliver memorable and effective marketing campaigns
  • Supports the Brand Director with important marketing initiatives and new projects as needed
  • In-tune with cultural events, industry news and customer experiences to generate relevant new ideas for creating brand moments that help differentiate our brands and propel them forward
  • Creates and manages the Marketing Calendar, aligning with internal stakeholders on content strategy, product launches and promotional offer planning
  • Works to roll-out new research projects to answer imperative business questions, test creative, and monitor brand health
  • Oversees implementation of the marketing strategy across all touchpoints including campaigns, organic social media, franchise marketing, events, blog, digital marketing, and PR
  • Manages organic social media planning, execution and performance across all brands and platforms to increase engagement, culture and build our brands
  • Conducts competitive and market analysis as needed to identify challenges and opportunities for growth, and stays up-to-date on strategy changes and industry news
  • Main point-of-contact for Franchise Marketing (B2B & B2C), ensuring brand consistency, addressing all incoming requests, overseeing budgets, providing marketing tool kits, developing marketing proposals and presenting results
  • Brand champion ensuring each brand voice is executed consistently across all touchpoints and channels throughout the customer, associate and doctor journey

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Ability to deliver and present executive summary presentations and new ideas
  • 5+ years of Marketing experience
  • Proven track record moving projects and ideas forward, especially in a fast paced environment, project management experience is a big plus
  • Experience working in Retail or Optical is a plus
  • Successfully led marketing agency partnerships
  • Experience developing brands and working with PR is preferred
  • Team management and development experience
