How You’ll Help
We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join our professional services organization focused on leadership talent solutions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to take marketing initiatives to the next level, partnering with our teams and clients to deliver value and drive growth. You will take ownership of a wide range of marketing responsibilities, from lead generation and sales collateral, to thought leadership initiatives, and optimizing marketing and social media campaigns. Your situational assessment and actions will unlock meaningful opportunities for Blue Chip prospects. Client centricity is at the heart of your performance, and we look to you to leverage marketing tools and automation to provide efficient processes to win new business.
What You’ll Do
· Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to generate leads and drive revenue growth and monitor advertising campaigns by working with creative team to create ads, ensure ads are tailored to appropriate channels, adjust ad targeting, budget and strategies needed to improve performance.
· Design and implement prospecting campaigns across various channels to reach and engage potential customers, including digital marketing, social media, and events. Leverage LinkedIn's targeting and prospecting features to drive lead generation and sales efforts.
· Manage campaign lifecycle from concept development to implementation, monitoring, and performance evaluation.
· Manage vendor relationships and external use of copywriters and graphic design.
· Plan and execute on-premise and virtual events, such as webinars, conferences, and sponsorships to engage with prospects and customers.
· Generate followership on social media outlets for company solutions, products, and our people through blog posts and thought leadership articles.
· Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts using data and metrics.
· Collaborate with sales and consulting teams to create and implement lead generation initiatives.
· Stay current on industry trends and best practices to ensure that our marketing efforts are innovative and effective.
· Website maintenance (Hubspot) and analyzing clicks, interest, driving lead generation and ensure smooth communication between potential clients and sales team.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
· 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on lead and revenue generating outcomes.
· Proven ability to leverage Hubspot, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, AI, and other marketing tools to achieve outcomes quickly.
· Proven ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making.
· Experience with market analysis and research, including market segmentation, competitive analysis, and customer insights.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong project management and organizational skills.
· Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
· Passion for leadership development and organizational effectiveness
