Job Description
The Sports & Entertainment Marketing (S&E) team is a core function of the Marketing organization, with a primary focus on leveraging partnerships to guide engagement and cultivate client/customer relationships to ultimately enhance business outcomes. Partnerships managed centrally by the S&E team include venues, teams, talent and events that serve the needs of businesses and initiatives across JPMorgan Chase. The team works closely with lines of business (LOBs), Brand, Paid Media, Analytics, Legal, Compliance and Risk counterparts to successfully negotiate, execute and activate partnerships to support brand health, deliver media value, provide a platform to engage customers and employees, and build like-minded community initiatives.


The Vice President role will be a integral team member of the Entertainment and Talent vertical, including development and of artist/label relationships, growth and consistency of owned music events, support of enterprise-wide talent management, and collaboration with a broader team executing entertainment activation across marquee venues such as Madison Square Garden and Chase Center, and music festivals. The strategy and activation will be driven by a deep understanding of line of business priorities in order to deliver business results, brand campaigns and measurable impact..


Job Responsibilities


  • Ongoing tracking and reporting of key performance metrics
  • Provide onsite support at activations and events
  • Support management and day-to-day responsibilities of enterprise-wide talent relationships
  • Work with key internal and external stakeholders inclusive of brand, media, PR, agency partners, controls, legal and property partners to develop and execute strategic plans seamlessly and in line with how we do business.
  • Support Entertainment & Talent Lead in development of a strategic vision and framework
  • Lead owned music platform and execution


Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills


  • Positive attitude, not afraid to roll up your sleeves, teamwork mindset as a way of being and working
  • Ability to work in a highly matrixed corporate environment across various business and functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • 8+ years of experience in sponsorship marketing, strategy, and/or brand management
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, ability to manage expectations with internal and external stakeholders across all levels
  • Creative, strategic thinker with an understanding of how brands manifest within the sports & entertainment environment
  • Results-oriented with strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours
