Fictiv is looking for a talented Marketing Coordinator to be the critical orchestrator who keeps our campaigns running on-time, our calendar up-to-date, and our team in-sync. Impact In This Role


You will be an essential contributor that ensures our marketing communications engine is humming efficiently across all of our communications channels. Our ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, energetic, eager to learn, and excellent at project management. They will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have no problem keeping tabs on lots of moving projects, and have the right demeanor to keep colleagues and partners on-task in a positive way.


You will report to the Sr. Director of Communications.


What You’ll Be Doing


  • Events coordination - You will be responsible for coordinating activities for marketing events and tradeshows. This may include booking meeting rooms, organizing dinners, coordinating delivery of marketing swag and materials, organizing booths, coordinating with sales reps, leading event planning meetings, and acting as the on-site event coordination lead to ensure everything goes to plan.
  • Marketing calendar coordination - You will be responsible for coordinating with various team leads to keep our master marketing calendar up-to-date, ensuring communications are appropriately scheduled and aligned for our various channels.
  • Sprint coordination - You will be responsible for coordinating team sprint planning activities, task creation in our project management software, and communicating with team members to ensure tasks and projects are completed on time.
  • Marketing swag coordination - You will be responsible for monitoring our online swag inventory via our partner Printfection, ordering new swag items as needed, ensuring we stay on-budget for swag orders, and coordinating shipments of swag for special events and sales on-sites.
  • Coordination of award & speaking nominations - You will be responsible for managing a calendar of award and speaking nominations and coordinating the submissions with our copywriter and communications director.
Desired Traits


  • Strong communication skills without fear of over-communication.
  • Ability to travel 15-25% for marketing events and tradeshows (estimated 4-7 per year).
  • B.A. in communications or related fields.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic personality, eager to learn new skills.
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.
  • Happy to jump in to help and be hands-on wherever it's needed.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing internship, coordination role, or similar.
