Job Description
Primary expectations of this position is to juggle multiple tasks and marketing initiatives. You will be the primary point of contact for all marketing, networking and business development initiatives. You will coordinate and support the marketing efforts of a variety of projects, campaigns and events, supporting multiple disciplines and the overall brand. Monitor how the business is growing, how the schedule is staying full, how the leads that are coming in, and if they are being converted to scheduled appointments.


Duties/responsibilities:
  • Work alongside the Director to assist in creating, establishing and growing outside relationships with medical referral practices, the community, and local businesses.
  • Research, brainstorm and outline new ways to market to doctors, dentists, and other professionals in the medical community.
  • Work with managers and Directors to assist in the development of marketing strategies and define the marketing objectives for the quarter. Work with department directors and assist in the development of marketing campaigns; taking detailed notes of the meeting information to help formulate a plan and coordinate resources.
  • Promptly respond to correspondences received from social media channels in an appropriate manner.
  • Create informational packets, mailings, media kits and gift packages for referrals sources.
  • Balance team and individual responsibilities. Independently manages and prioritizes multiple tasks in order to fulfill individual role within the team. Coordinate and communicate work efforts with other team members.
  • Edit video footage, design imagery and minor artwork to go along with the content for postings using higher level graphic designers as needed.
  • Maintain strict customer and company confidentiality with health, business, and financial information.
  • Design and develop new marketing materials
  • Keep print marketing materials up to date. Edit brochures, rack cards, etc.
  • Assure attention to detail and consistent brand presence across all print and digital media.
  • Collecting and interpreting marketing analytics. Evaluate data and create reports on key metrics in order to monitor campaign efficiency and analyze trends. Run monthly reports from Google Ads to track, monitor, and implement strategies to increase ad productivity
  • Lead, coordinate campaigns and marketing efforts on multiple projects, events and initiatives across multiple disciplines: (listed in order of revenue generating importance): Physical therapy (includes Dry Needling and Postural Restoration) and two locations (Kempsville and Marketsquare), Massage + cupping, Restorative fitness + bootcamps, Acupuncture (includes chinese medicine and herbs), Energy healing + yoga, Mental conditioning, Nutrition and IV drips (coming soon summer 2021)
  • Write and edit content for different platforms such as social media, THRIVE’s website, and press releases.
  • Work with outside agencies to create, and manage, digital advertising campaigns and improve website search optimization initiatives.
  • Juggle multiple tasks and marketing initiatives for the overall brand.
  • Post to various social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Vimeo and our blog on a weekly basis (Yelp and Google as needed).
  • Remain flexible and adaptable to perform other duties as needed for business and team success.
  • Develop and manage online presence and social media. Coordinate with the department directors to help gather content for social media postings and develop a posting schedule.
  • Assist in the creation of mock-ups, campaigns, email newsletters, direct mail initiatives and social media content.
  • Ensure business listings are readily available on all directional apps that are frequently used - i.e. Apple, Google, Waze, Maps, etc.
  • Monitor incoming leads and coordinate with the front desk to develop salesmanship language and help convert leads into scheduled appointments.
  • Update digital bulletin boards each month for both locations.
  • Complete an online quality assurance audit once a quarter on all online presence accounts - make sure customers can easily access and contact us, our hours of operation are up to date and correct info is in each profile.
  • Thank and respond to reviews for online presence interaction.
