Job Description
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator in the South Bay Office of Marcus & Millichap, the largest real estate investment brokerage firm in the US. We are looking for a motivated, ambitious individual interested in advancing their career by joining a successful and growing commercial real estate brokerage team. Potential candidates should have a professional demeanor, strong design, written, and verbal skills. Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is essential. Candidate should be comfortable working in a busy, corporate high-paced, deadline driven sales environment.


Qualifications


  • Commercial Real Estate Experience is a Plus
  • Ability to effectively work interact with team members
  • Must have a solid grasp of fundamental concepts of print and graphic design principles
  • Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Extraordinary attention to detail
  • Ability to edit video is a Plus
  • Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines


Responsibilities Include (but Not Limited To)


  • Preparing flyers and advertisements/coordinate marketing efforts
  • Preparing Property Analysis Packages
  • Managing/Preparing Meeting Materials
  • Managing/Redesigning/Creating Email Marketing Campaigns
  • Preparing Marketing Packages
  • Creating and Posting Marketing Materials to Social Media Platforms
