Cool Stuff You Get To Do

• Engage with multiple levels of staff, outside vendors, clients, and project partners as a representative of Sandis.
• Assist the marketing department with all content development and communications associated with our brand, including website, social media, advertisements, newsletters, blog entries, digital and hard copy packages, and internal staff engagement.
• Travel to job sites, events, press releases, and attend community volunteer days to photograph and videos for various content development.
• Contribute to the messaging and communication of internal and external marketing and outreach.
• Assist and support the process, timing, and creation of assigned marketing materials.
• Coordinate and attend events to gather information for various marketing projects.
• Provide support to the marketing team in proposal, business development, and prequalification activities.
• Maintain database of contacts, events, and tracking systems.
• Organize and maintain content and graphic inventory.
• Provide support in creating and maintaining visual content, graphics, and images.
• Assist in marketing packages, including prequalification and management of suppliers.

What Will Help You Be Successful

• Email marketing software (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.)
• Traditional and digital marketing tools
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or equivalent preferred
• Knowledge of SEO, Google AdWords, Web Analytics, and SEM campaigns is a plus.
• Strong writing and editing capabilities.
• Website content management systems (Drupal, WordPress)
• Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Video production and editing software.
• Utilizing data analytics to increase web and social platform engagement.
• Familiarity with:
• 1+ years of related marketing communications experience, preferably in AEC industry
