Marketing Representative I/Marketing Automation Specialist
Duration of Assignment: 3 months

About the Role
Oversees and executes complex automated marketing programs and supports development and execution of other marketing programs and critical projects that support data management, lead workflow, lead scoring, lead nurturing, and database integrity. As the Marketing Automation Specialist, you will partner with team members to develop and execute marketing campaigns using our email communications, which encompasses working with various internal teams on list building, segmentation analysis, browser and ISP testing, creative audit and testing, Email publication scheduling, report building and other activities critical to the success of our email communication strategy.
Qualifications:
• We are seeking a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or technology
• 6+ years of internet communications / email / web-based management experience
• 3+ years of experience managing complex operations and activities in a digital marketing environment
• Experience with Pardot and Salesforce, including integration
• Proven ability to partner with various groups within an organization such as Marketing, Sales and Analytics teams to build consensus, gather and execute
Skills:
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, self-motivated with a growth mindset and ability to work under pressure
• Experience with B2B marketing processes and best practices
• Solid understanding of email fundamentals (CAN-SPAM compliance, deliverability, A/B split testing, etc.) and KPIs
• Experience with email coding (understand email coding best practices)
Responsibilities:
• Be self-sufficient in Pardot including creating and sending emails, creating landing pages and associated campaigns, handling lead imports and monitoring campaign results, and manage and execute campaign flows inside of Pardot. Willing to go deeper to diagnose obstacles or issues that may arise within the system.
• Contribute to the development of lead nurturing campaigns, including developing initial strategy, managing email and landing page creation, and sales communication
• Proactively lead creative and technical development of customer-facing email solution within departmental timeframes. Ensure systems and processes are in place to manage steadily increasing year over year project volume while maintaining quality and improving service levels.
• Developing, refining and enforcing best-practice processes for email including Email reporting experience; knowledge of email metrics and able to identify trends and translate data into actionable business insights
• Ensure strategy and processes are in place to drive continuous improvement in service and quality levels as well as reduction in fulfillment times specific to Digital Services.
• Managing all schedules, resources, and delivery dates in order to ensure successful delivery of all projects to meet negotiated deadlines and budgets.
• Ensuring compliance with branding guidelines and content across all efforts.
