Job Description

Sigvarisis currently looking for aMarketing Associateto join our team in Peachtree City, GA. As a leading compression solution provider, we are not just a company that manufactures products. The Marketing Associate manages the logistics for education courses and events, while also coordinating and shipping education literature, products, and display materials to educational programs and training sessions. This position provides administrative support to all marketing and education department functions in the development/execution of marketing and education tools and materials, presentations, promotional programs, trade shows, and events.


This position is hybrid, but you must live about 60 to 90 minutes from the Peachtree City, GA office.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


Marketing Programs;

• Ensures brand strategy and positioning are maintained throughout all marketing events by partnering with Product Managers for consistent SIGVARIS messaging.


Education Programs:

• Manages all aspects of logistics for education courses.

• Research location for courses, i.e. hotel, conference center, continuing education center, hospital. This includes calling hotels to check for pricing and availability, and confirming their meeting space meets our meeting requirements.

• Facilitates delivery of marketing and education materials to applicable parties - Internal and External.

• Prepares all course supplies and materials, such as ordering product samples, printing and assembling course materials, packs crates and ensures timely delivery to course locations.


Marketing Coordination:

• Maintains all processes and functions for ISO 3.493 and 4.058 including Formstack circulation process and project tracking on Monday.com.

• Manages, plans, and executes all tradeshows and conferences, including booth plans, shipping, conference activities, sponsorship agreements, dinners and events.

• Ensures all leads from education events, tradeshow/conference events are managed and available for email marketing.

• Updates website when education courses or course dates are added to the calendar.

• Manages submissions and payment of Marketing invoices. Maintains expense reports for the corporate credit card, submits purchasing requests, manages Marketing vendor setups.

• Maintains contracts and agreements from Marketing resources and vendors.

• Manages Ad calendar for print and digital ads, submits Creative Service Requests for Ad creation.

• Liaises with Digital Marketing on Ad calendar, aligning Marketing events and projects.

• Submits credentialing of courses - BOC & ABC post-course documentation, etc.

• Maintains an organized workspace in the warehouse.


Project Management:

• Coordinates all philanthropic programs, including events, fund raising, donation campaigns with both internal and external teams.

• Manages projects for internal and external participation in DVT Awareness Month, Nurses' Week, etc.

• Manages printed literature meetings and reporting.

• Assists Product Managers with New Product Launches.

• Manages Kit of Claims documentation.


Research:

• Facilitates external wear test program in conjunction with Quality and Product Management.

• Facilitates external research products with academic and commercial partners.


Corporate:

• Fosters positive morale among staff, by promotion of open communication with all departments, to help create and maintain an innovative and cooperative staff relationship and environment.

• Interacts with external and internal customers in a manner conducive to continued positive relationships.

• Displays patience, courtesy and tact; demonstrates flexibility, enthusiasm and willingness to cooperate while working with others or in place of others as necessary.

• Demonstrates effective communication methods.

• Director of Marketing and/or appropriate management staff are kept informed of developments affecting their functions.

• Responds quickly to all oral and written communications.

• Maintains and encourages an open line of communication with both internal and external customers.

• Checks and responds to voice mail messages in a timely manner.

• Accurately and legibly presents written data to affected internal/external customer.

• Follows established company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with SIGAVRIS policies, industry standards, ISO 13485 standards, and Federal, State and local laws.

• Budget deviations need to be reported promptly and require approval by the CEO and/or COO.

• Follows all work instructions, creates and maintains accurate records to meet all internal and external requirements to support the SIGVARIS Quality System and Quality Policy.

• Accurately performs any other duties and responsibilities as assigned to ensure an efficient workflow.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:


EDUCATION and/or WORK EXPERIENCE:

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• A minimum of two years of experience with marketing duties and/or administrative and logistics experience in a fast-paced environment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• This job operates in a hybrid office/home environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

• Occasionally required to lift light weights (less than 25 pounds).

• Finger dexterity and hand coordination required

• Specific vision abilities required for this job include:close vision, distance vision, ability to adjust or focus.
