Marketing Assistant Jobs

Objectives:

The new part-time Marketing Asstant will work directly under the Markeinting Manager in a supporting role. He/she will be trained to use our proprietary CRM system, and will help monitor and manage key KPI metrics and day-to-day business operations within the portal. They will also gain valuable knowledge to act as a "Subject Matter Expert" in the customer-facing portion of the CRM system, which will support both the client and the dealership. This role will also aid in the repeat and referral business by maintaining and elevating customer satisfaction both digitally and in-person.

Dealership Operations:

• Manage the Contact Plan process for each client to ensure client communications are continuous and consistent as well as find engagement opportunities until vehicle delivery

• Proactively manage CRM database for follow up opportunities

• Will support Marketing Manager in the coordination of key loyalty Ferrari events such as Cavalcade, Rallies, Corse Clienti, product launches, etc.

• Facilitate and coordinate the entire process as it relates to Factory Tours and Tailor Made and Atelier experiences

·Will support Marketing Manager with processes and reporting

·Assist Marketing Manager with MODIS Client Maintenance (CRM)

·Assist Marketing Manager with all dealership events (both on location and remote).

·Complete any additional tasks required by management

·Clean driving record

·Aptitude for digital skills and social media plus crm systems

·Hospitality experience a plus

·Available to travel for training and other purposes.
