What You’ll Do

The Marketing Assistant reports to the Brand Marketing Manager and is responsible for support of all key marketing functions, including assisting in all Marketing administrative activities, coordinating with key stakeholders, customers and and numerous other important support functions.

• Acts as Marketing lead on calendaring and maintaining notes from key product meetings, including Progress, Proposals, etc. in coordination with PMO and Product Development teams
• Responds promptly to requests for marketing materials and information
• Maintains all administrative activities of the Marketing department, including organization of the Marketing Department
• Coordinates Sales meeting support for Marketing, including mock-up packages
• Other duties as assigned, including Receptionist coverage duties
• Works on marketing initiatives and special projects as assigned

• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, adapt well to change and able to prioritize multiple work assignments
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
