Manufacturing Technician Jobs

Our stellar Manufacturing team is currently looking to hire a full time Technician in our Jupiter, FL Office. This person will be a key player in the assembly of CV Technology products and their attention to detail will ensure the continuation of upholding our high standards. Duties And Responsibilities

• Inspects shipping containers to ensure they meet shipping regulations.
• Performs a wide range of skilled repetitive mechanical assembly operations in support of production projects.
• Prepares and utilizes basic hand tools and machines including but not limited to power screwdriver, ruler, solder iron, clamp machine, heat gun, vise, solder pot, crimpers, pinning machine, and automatic wire strippers.
• Places merchandise in a warehouse or storage facility by packaging, lifting items as necessary, operating forklifts and pallet jacks for large goods.
• Possesses and maintains thorough knowledge of all applicable safety regulations and considerations.
• Assembles, modifies, reworks, and/or reassembles production components utilizing drawings, pick tickets, process documentation, and/or verbal instructions.
• Assembles daily orders by shipping location or any other shipping categories.
• Identifies wires with use of basic color code sequence.
• Completes all required paperwork; prepares required reports and correspondence.

• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.

• Specialized equipment, machines, or vehicles used.
• Frequently required to stand.
• Ability to understand all safety requirements and cautions.
• Frequently required to lift/push/carry items up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work on complex projects with general direction and minimal guidance.
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
• Ability to identify colors.
• Continually work near moving mechanical parts.
• Excellent manual dexterity and hand/eye coordination.
• Occasionally required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl.
