Manufacturing Production Manager Jobs

What You’ll Do:

You will manage the overall processing activities of the Manufacturing Production Department. This involves training and coaching Processing Operators and Packaging Associates and oversight of department processes to ensure the team is meeting quality and productivity requirements by effectively planning, monitoring and meeting production schedules.

What You'll Need:

You will have previous supervisory experience and ability to lead, motivate and inspire the team. Your self-starter mentality and initiative will be very helpful in this role. Having cGMP and/or Lean manufacturing experience is a plus but is not required.
