The Managing Director, Technology will work across SS&C Blue Prism’s product portfolio, with accountability for the development of world class products for our customers. This person will run the Technology pillar in the product organization.

What You Will Get To Do:

• Influence product positioning and messaging that differentiates Blue Prism’s products in the market.
• Ensure that ways of working, and those of your teams, are consistent with the values and culture expected within SS&C Blue Prism.
• A cross- discipline and technology focus, working with other teams across Product such as Technical Architecture and AI / Machine Learning.
• Driving technology conversations and decisions with key stakeholders at the executive level.
• Ensure the continuous delivery of product features and enhancements that deliver on expected growth outcomes.
• Engage directly with clients and industry analysts to support Blue Prism’s strategy, products and brand.
• Onboarding new companies / teams as required via mergers/acquisition
• Direct the launch of new modules and releases, along with the cross-functional implementation of the plan; ensure all product build deliveries are on time and of the required quality.
• As required, work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to drive product awareness.
• Determine the design of the Technology organization, strengths and weaknesses, and how to strengthen the team to meet their strategic objectives.
• Merging of Engineering teams, skills, experience and cultures across SS&C Blue Prism’s product portfolio
• Delivering modernization activities in the tech stack in line with overall strategy, including large enterprise applications to SaaS based deployments, breaking apart a monolith, advancement of development ecosystems and be an enabler for the move to Cloud First strategies.

What You Will Bring:

• Experience of DevOps delivery into production environments
• Proven experience of building, expanding and running large, globally distributed Engineering teams.
• Previous track record of modernization of enterprise-level applications.
• A background in Software Engineering.
• Applied knowledge of agile delivery, ideally using multiple methodologies.
• Experience in marketing functions or in branded product development.
• Ability to be a constant force for improvement in the development and marketing of world class products.
• Experience and awareness of governance, financial management and risk management.
• SaaS cloud knowledge, ideally in migrating products to cloud.

NYC: Salary range for the position: 200,000 USD to 230,000 USD. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.

California: Salary range for the position: 200,000 USD to 230,000 USD. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
