Job Description
Tahzoo is seeking a highly motivated and seasoned Managing Director for our Tahzoo Studios division. As a global leader in digital transformation, Tahzoo is dedicated to simplifying the customer experience through strategic innovation, experience design, and technology. Our Managing Director will play a critical role in leading our Studios team of designers, developers, and strategists to create new concepts that bring the customer journey to life through web, UX, and experience design.


The Managing Director will be responsible for overseeing and driving the success of Tahzoo Studios. This role requires a deep understanding of the digital transformation landscape, the ability to develop and execute strategic plans, and a strong background in customer experience design. The successful candidate will partner with Tahzoo's executive leadership to shape and implement key priorities, own business results for Tahzoo Studios, and create a customer-focused culture that drives growth and innovation.


Responsibilities


  • Oversee operational and financial performance, and ensure Studios is on track to meet or exceed targets
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer focus within the Studios team
  • Provide leadership and direction for Tahzoo Studios, which includes web, UX, and experience design
  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients and partners to showcase Tahzoo Studios' capabilities and drive growth
  • Build and manage a high-performing team, and develop talent and skills to achieve Tahzoo's business objectives
  • Drive innovation and stay abreast of market trends, tools, and technologies to continuously evolve the Studios offering
  • Develop and execute a strategic vision for Tahzoo Studios that aligns with Tahzoo's overall growth strategy


Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, business, or design
  • Master's degree or MBA is a plus but not required
  • Experience in strategic planning, driving innovation, and staying current with market trends and technologies
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and partners
  • 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, customer experience design, or related field
  • Proven track record of leading and inspiring high-performing teams in a collaborative environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated experience in managing a P&L and driving business results
