The Manager of Compliance & Distributor Education at Nature's Sunshine is a leader committed to upholding and elevating the highest standards of Distributor Compliance and distributor support across global operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps in current processes and introducing innovative solutions.
• Engage and foster relations with top-tier international NSP stakeholders and executive management.
• Administer and enforce NSP's Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy.
• Ensure the team stays updated with global compliance trends and legislations, providing necessary training and resources.
• Spearheaded the creation of high-level communications, briefing documents, and reports for senior leadership and external partners.
• Lead, mentor, and oversee Compliance & Distributor Education team.
• Monitor online sales platforms, such as Amazon, for unauthorized sellers of NSP products and work with stakeholders to remove such sellers promptly.
• Develop and continually refine compliance strategies and objectives in alignment with NSP's global vision.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years experience in a senior Customer Service/Compliance role in the direct selling industry.
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and integrity as a vital member of the Legal department.
• Multilingual proficiency is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree is highly desirable.
• Outstanding project management and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of regulations relating to direct selling in the United States and internationally.
