A leading technology platform startup for Automotive Services in UAE is looking to hire for Business Development Manager (Inside Sales) to be based in Delhi/NCR.


  • Increasing sales and profitability by focusing on strategic pre-selected Government & Enterprise accounts.
  • Negotiation of Contract terms and designing of customized profitable business agreements.
  • Expertise in exploring and developing new markets.
  • You will be focusing to generate business in UAE Market.
  • Identifying opportunities and developing new Enterprise customers through strategic planning.
  • Must be Fluent in English ( Writing & Speaking both).
  • Drives Go to Market Strategy.
  • Ability to Interact and Handle CEOs, CFOs etc. to showcase the Services Portfolio, Expertise and our value addition to them.
  • Work from home.
  • Handles all cycles from Lead generation, Follow-ups, Negotiations, Closures, Contracts and After Sales Support.
  • Maintaining Healthy and good relationships with the clients.
  • Should be out of the box thinker.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Forecasting Sales and preparing weekly reports to understand sales better.
