The role you’ll contribute:

The Sports & Entertainment Partnerships Content Manager serves as a digital storyteller and omni channel strategist in managing the development, execution, and evaluation of strategic, omnichannel content advancing our Central Florida sports and entertainment partnerships.This role will help ensure that social media strategies, content development, metric reporting and policies are implemented effectively, while driving best practices for digital execution and results. This individual will have a deep knowledge of social media platforms and a proven track record of content creation to build and engage audiences. This position is hybrid working in Orlando, requiring some travel, having flexible hours including nights and weekends.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

  • Responsible for supporting the strategic vision and performance goals of our sports and entertainment partnerships content strategies.
  • Work with the Sr. Manager of Partnership Content Strategy to create digital omnichannel content strategy and execution across social media, websites, blogs, email marketing, videos, campaigns, etc.
  • Support content creation goals, strategy, and tactics, including the development of content strategies and associated editorial calendars to propel engagement with AdventHealth.
  • Work closely with Digital Market and Partnership team to manage the planning, implementation, analysis, and optimization of partnership content for digital channels and campaigns.
  • Provide content strategy recommendations based on information through regular content analysis, site audits, competitive assessments and analytics.
  • Ensure education on and adherence to social media policy, brand standards, style guides and approved messaging for partnership content.
  • Demonstrate and advise service line teams on digital storytelling, social media and content strategy.
  • Creates compelling social campaigns and partnerships that combine content with influencer collaborations.
  • Provide orchestration among team members, leadership, key stakeholders and internal teams and vendors/partners to ensure content is successfully delivered.
  • Perform ongoing analyses, message mapping, content audits, etc. to drive strategic recommendations.
  • Display high competency in project management, working in a fast-paced and complex environment, execution of large projects, and working under multiple and competing deadlines.
  • Capture photo and video content on location using smartphones, action cameras, or mirrorless cameras.
  • Edit digital content using Adobe Premiere, Lightroom, Photoshop and mobile apps
Qualifications


The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Experience executing multichannel content strategy that deliver downstream ROI.
  • Experience in creating omnichannel content creation with a focus on video production.
  • Proven ability in collaboration, problem solving, using data to derive solutions, communications and presentations, and operating successfully despite uncertainty or ambiguity.
  • Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organization and lead across a variety of leadership/management structures, internal teams and partners.
  • Proven ability to successfully manage concurrent projects, work in a fast-paced and complex environment, execute large projects, and work under multiple and competing deadlines.
  • Excellent customer services skills, and the ability to build rapport and relationships across leaders, team members, team members, vendors and partners in the community.
  • Ability to manage and set expectations throughout content lifecycles to ensure consistency and quality in deliverables.
  • Proven ability in producing successful content and performance.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS PREFERRED:

  • 3+ years’ experience with organic, paid and boosted social media campaigns.
  • 3+ years’ experience in leading omnichannel content strategies and metrics reporting
  • Experience working in sports and entertainment.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, English or related field and 4 years of experience.
  • 3+ years’ experience in video production and digital content creation
