Job Title: Content Strategy Manager - Flower Subscription Commerce (Remote, US)

We seek an experienced and creative Content Strategy Manager to join our dynamic flower subscription commerce company. As the Content Strategy Manager, you will be pivotal in shaping our brand's voice and driving engagement through compelling content across email and social media platforms. This is a remote position open to candidates located anywhere in the United States.


Responsibilities:

- Collaborate closely with the marketing department to develop and execute an effective content strategy that aligns with our brand objectives and drives customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.

- Create and manage a content calendar encompassing various channels, including email and social media, ensuring consistent and timely delivery of captivating content.

- Develop a deep understanding of our target audience, their preferences, and pain points to tailor content that resonates with their needs, desires, and interests.

- Craft engaging and persuasive copy for emails, social media posts, blog articles, and other marketing collateral, focusing on delivering key messages and driving conversions.

- Leverage data-driven insights to evaluate content performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and make informed recommendations to enhance content effectiveness.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in content marketing, bringing innovative ideas and strategies to improve our content offerings continuously.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and customer service, to ensure consistent brand messaging and seamless content integration across all touchpoints.

- Manage and coordinate with external vendors, agencies, or freelancers, as necessary, for content creation, ensuring high quality and adherence to brand guidelines.

- Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activities to identify content gaps and opportunities for differentiation.


Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce, focusing on content strategy and creation.

- Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in developing and executing successful content strategies for email and social media.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail and proficiency in crafting persuasive copy.

- Deep understanding of email marketing best practices, social media platforms, and content management systems.

- Proficiency in analyzing data and utilizing metrics to evaluate content performance and drive actionable insights.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage external vendors.

- Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Passion for flowers, horticulture, or related industries is a plus.
