Manager - Operational Excellence

Role description:

• Drive and implement operational excellence program at site to meet the organizational goals & KPI, focus will be cost, quality and processes improvement at site
• Ensure the role of business translator in Digitalization project at site
• Provide technical guidance, support and oversight to trouble shooting issues to site team
• Ensure sustenance of closed projects and knowledge management
• Explore & initiate Automation, Digitalization across sites wherever necessary for business
• Stake holder management for smooth execution of projects
• Support capability improvements by conducting the doubt clearing session at sites

Profile description:

• Qualification – B.Tech (Chemical / Mechanical) & Equivalent with more than 60% aggregate marks
• Experience – Total experience of 5 to 7 years, Should have experience in the Pharma API / chemical Process industry, Exposure to six sigma/TPM would be preferred, API production /technology transfer experience preferred
